DYADS is a collaborative research project assessing current service development needs in relation to better integrated substance use and mental health services for drug using adolescents.
The project has been directed to undertake: a service development and training needs analysis; a review of current literature related to integrated mental health and substance use services; and, a prevalence study assessing the comorbidity of mood and anxiety conditions in young substance users receiving services from two youth AOD support and treatment services.
The project is a collaboration between two progressive youth AOD services and a leading youth mental health research and practice organization. |
